The staff were kind enough to help me out with a full technical test and condition report on a Saturday, which took around 2 hours to complete. The workshop is very neat and clean. They even offered that one of their drivers drop me off at Greenacres if I did not want to wait around for the tests to be completed. All in all it was a very good experience!

On point spectacular service

I visited this Dekra four times. The first time I wanted to do an Ubereats inspection report. My car had Cape Town plates and tgey insisted that I change to Eastern Cape. I tried to explain to them that there was no need. But, they think they know best. A friend wity GP plates had done hers at Walmer Dekra and Uber accepted them.The second time, I took my car for roadworthy inspection. It had free Dekra voucher and a full inspection report from Dekra Cape Town. My car failed the roadworthy brakes test. I asked whether their machine was calibrated well because the values i got were too far off from the two weeks earlier in Cape Town. Unfortunate, I waa informed to go fix" the car. I was confident it was their machine. I then went around to get quotes for brake fixing. The brake repairs people all did not have the machine Dekra uses and couldn't check. One of them removed wheels and put them back. I then went to AAA roadworthy the following day and paid for roadworthy and my car passed. No brake problems. I then did my name change. Same day I went to this Dekra for my second free inspection and my car passed. The question is how does removing the wheels affect braking? Or was it their machine? Or what was wrong? Or was there something wrong? Only God knows.Besides the above
