They advertise earphones when get there no earphones at all they say they don't sell them.

I bought a bed and tv stand on lay-by from this shop and that’s when the nightmare started. After I finished paying, they refused to deliver my goods as one of their employees stole from them every time people paid for their lay-by. They eventually delivered the bed a month after I finished paying and would not bring the TV stand. They advised me that it was discontinued and I must choose something else. I requested a refund for it as there was nothing else I wanted. I have been waiting for that refund for a month. Their refund lady Noxolo/Nokuthula is always busy and refuses to take my calls when she’s not. Upon posting my experience on Facebook, I learned that many people have gone through a similar experience with Russells. DO NOT BUY FROM RUSSELLS. They are dishonest and are full of empty promises. They even wanted an affidavit when I came to collect what I paid for, where have you ever heard of that???

Russell’s Port Shepstone branch extremely useless. My entire experience there was horrible and I will never recommend them to anyone. Rather stay away. Buy at any other store literally.From purchasing items to getting it delivered was an absolute mess. Wasted my entire day waiting for delivery,then upon receiving products noticed it’s not up to standard and requested a refund. It’s been over a month and I have not received this refund. Been to the store many times ,and keep getting told some story.How long does it take to process a refund for R8000???Terrible service. The store manager is useless and even the regional manager cannot assist.Please hire people that understand how to fulfil their roles. Your customer service and after sales service is pathetic.
