I always receive the best service here. A small shop, but with everything you will need. Friendly staff and helpful. Upgrades and New Vodacom lines when needed, most of the time they will have the phone you want in stock, so you can leave the store with the excitement that you are going home with your new phone. They also assist with repairs. Why go to a store where it's uptight, when you can go to a store where you can feel at home. :-)

A friend gave me their number as where we live sadly the vodacom shop is totally lacking and you wait for ever.So called them last week..gave details and in five days including weekend got a phone call to say the phone is ready to be sent ....wow...would have waited two weeks plus otherwise... first time dealing so let's see what the future holds...well done

My dad and brother always support them and suggested I use them because of their service.I needed a very specific product which they absolutely guaranteed me their product would match. I couldn't test it, but various of the staff promised it would not disappoint. So I went ahead and signed the contract.I was terribly disappointed as the device barely matched the requirements I needed and specifically stated. I canceled the contract 3 days later and had to still pay for the entire first month. Guess what, the next month an amount went off again. So I blocked the debit.Now i get calls from vodacom that my account is in arrears. I have phoned this store and all they do is shrug their shoulders and tell me to call customer care. They haven't lifted a finger to help me try sort this out. And every time I phone vodacom I get nowhere.The account problem plus the terrible device and lack of care or help from them is unacceptable. They were quick to shove a contract down my throat with a lot of fanciful talk to make a sale. And since I canceled the contract they couldn't care less. Will never support them again.

I would like to express my total disappointment with the customer service at the repair desk, the lady does not have any customer relations/ service and needs to be fired.
