The place is clean and the staff mostly professional however, there are no colours for manicures even the gel overlays that were done had limited amounts in the bottle. I like acrylic powder nails and both times I was there they did not have the colour I wanted and the try by all means to deter the client from using acrylic which is weird as they have it on their list.

I went to get gel nails I got bad service and the workers there are bad at nails and they also gossip about customers that don't understand the language or when they have left I really think they are extremely unprofessional and I think I got bad treatment because I am a preteen and my parent were not around so I got bad treatment and service and they also insulted my colours that I chose and the person who was doing my nails wanted to make me change my design because she did not want to work hard she just wanted one colour on all the nails I really didn't like it and I will definetly do my nails at a different nail bar even if it's an hour drive I will do it

I had a set of gel overlays done, it's by far the WORST set of nails I've EVER had in my life. The gel started bubbling and lifting after a day. I called the salon and they asked my to come in to repair the 2 damaged nails, only to get home and find another nail that had gel bubbling up. Called them again and they said come back in. How many times must a client go in there to fix a set of nails? The quality of the products are of a very low standard. The nail bar menu stares GELISH but the products used are definitely NOT Gelish Brands!!! Some of the staff aren't even friendly they gossip about clients in isiZulu, they walk around barefoot. This is so unpleasant and unprofessional, work area isn't sanitized after each client. Will definitely not recommend this Salon it doesn't even deserve one star!!!!

The prices you see are seemingly ‘reasonable’ however the product applied for gel nails does not last for more than 3 days without cracking or chipping. Truly a waste of time and money. 0/5

The nail tech gave me nails of all different shapes. I asked for almond nails and got some square, some round, none almond shaped. She was so unsure of what she needed to do, even i was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this nail bar. They do not know what they're doing.

I thought it was a convenient place to go to as it's closer to my house. First my nails were so hurt they even bled. 1st day after I just noticed some of my nails are chipped off. I'm not even going to call and complain. Il just never return there. What a waste of my money.

The nail technicians gossip about the customers and that is very uncomfortable as you know you will also be gossiped about when u leave. Will not be returning to this nail bar

I find it ridiculous that if you did not do your nails with them. They tell you that they will inflate the price. I was far from my regular nail technician, needed a quick soak off. National consumer commission must intervene. Not even doctors do what they do. Just because i consulted another doctor therefore if i seek another doctor, inflate the price. AbsurdSecondly when i finally agreed to pay more the lady filed my nails so much that i could see my nail beds became red. They were burn. Till today a week later my nails are sensitive.Poor professionalism. Provide qualified nail technicians for clients. Poor service delivery.

I have done my nails 3 times here now and lesson learnt. All three times it hasn’t lasted more than 3 days without a chip or it peeling off. The first two times I have gel overlay with tips and the last time was just a gel overlay. Will never go back
