Good service friendly people

Great biking equipment and good customer service.

Sadly I cannot recommend this bike shop. They did not index my gears properly. I had to readjust them while on the road, which is very difficult to do. They also changed a cable which I specifically asked them not to. As a touring cyclist I would not advise visiting this shop.

I’m so disappointed with the quality of service and lack of attention to detail.Took my bike in for a major service and when I received it back later the afternoon it looked like the bike was in storage for a few years. It was dirty (from the test ride apparently) and it had blue grease all over the frame.3 weeks later I had to replace a broken chain (not sure why the chain was not tested during the major service), when I received the bike back, we had the same dirty issues as before. Not only that , but one of the internal shifter cables had to replaced….. the same one that were replaced 3 weeks prior.That afternoon I got ready for my afternoon ride, just to discover that the shifters were not shifting at all. When I phoned the shop, I was told that everything was checked on the bike and that I can do the adjustments myself.The excuse of “I’m the only one in the shop” is also not good enough. I get the feeling that they are so focused on becoming a deli that they have completely lost focus on the bike side of the business.Would not recommend them at all!
