It was awesome with Tracy behind the counter. Wow I will come back again for service.Well taken care of but the coffee machine could not provide tea as it shows not functioning

I received bad service from this dealership. I had to go and get my car because they couldn't help me. My car was with them for three days and they still couldn't tell me what the problem was. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Verry poor treatment, I arrived first but my car was serviced almost last, supervisor friends are placed in the front, no matter what time they arrived . Very disappointed.

Poor service. they will remove certain parts on your vehicle so that it brake down and go back to them and they charge you ridiculous amounts...don't even try to go to this dealership I wonder why is mercedez not removing them bcs they giving it a bad name...very very bad
