Have been 3 times this last week and the service has been shocking! First time we had to ask for a menu after waiting at the table for 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes goes by before we had to ask if someone could take our order. Also had to ask if anyone was going to bring the card machine so that we could actually pay. Second attempt we ordered food (club sandwich, vegan burger and regular burger). The sandwich was falling apart, the burgers were dry and over cooked. Third attempt was a takeaway and after waiting 15 minutes had to ask if anyone was actually planning on making the smoothie that was ordered. Needless to say we won't be back.

Great coffee & delicious fries tarted up with cheese sauce & jalapenos. Bootleggers Tokai never disappoints. Ideal spot mid cycle or after a hike

Despite the restaurant being slmost empty, we had to wait at least 30 min for our food ( salad and poached eggs over a toast). Many people working and so inefficient. Shame.

A friend brought me here for coffee and breakfast on a beautiful Sunday morning. We sat out on the patio and I enjoyed a delicious flat white coffee and avocado toast. The waitress was delightful and we never felt rushed. Delicious coffee as well.

Vibrant place to be as cyclist … lot people hanging around here. Very nice staff and delicious food & coffee! Went there twice in a row.They have more branches around CPT…probably same quality.

Worst service I've experienced in a while. Sat at table for over 10min this morning in an empty restaurant before having to wave over a waiter to get some service. Then was told after our coffee arrived that there is no kitchen staff and therefore no breakfast available. This could have been communicated when we sat down so that we could go elsewhere. Finally at the end of the service I ordered a takeaway coffee and after it arrived, I asked for a plastic lid and instead it being brought to me was told you can just take one on the way out" which was shocking as the waiter was purely just too lazy to go get one. The waiters were standing at the POS systems talking most of the time and I had to wave them down multiple times. Poor service."
