Don't bother! Find alternative. Waited 2 hours for standard wash... Can wipe dirt of outside with my finger and puddles of water in console. Some money missing.

Was informed of a waiting time of 2.5hours which was fine, but 3hrs later my car was only washed on the outside and poorly so. Earlier in the week had my other car washed and had to go back for them to clean the windows again as they were not clean. The quality of service has really dropped off recently. I will not use this business again.

Visiting the mall I thought it would be a good idea to use your services. But when I heard how an employee spoke to another I decided I will not surport you. Is these actions the norm or how is this handled. It makes me wonder how employees are treated. I wouldn't wanted to be treated the same as a customer.

This was the worst experience i ever received from a car wash service. They dont clean the vehicles properly. Have been waiting for 3 hours and the car still not even close to finish.Really bad services wont see me again.

I wish I read the reviews first about their poor time management and bad polishing services.Told the young guy signing up cars that I only had 1 hour and he said not a problem he'd make it happen. Took 1h45. When I asked him about it he just says, Almost done". Took this long even with "all hands on deck". No apologies for being late.Even more disappointing was (1) seeing the paint polish marks afterwards

Horrible. One star is even too much. We dropped of our car and was told it will take 2 hours. We came back after 2 hours they haven't even started. Ridiculous. Will never use them again.

Took vehicle for full cleaning service including polish and engine cleaning. Paid premium price. Vehicle not even cleaned on outside see photo's of front grill". Vehicle also definately not polished."

I left my car and noticed which car is in front of me. When I came back after 1 hour and 20 minutes. The car which was in front of me was nearly done and 4 other cars was infront of my car. The service was surpose to be inside and out. The lady apologise to me but the guy who received me speechless.. I said alright only outside then. They wash the car outside in another lane and charge me R90 just for outside. That was definitely my last visit there.

Extremely efficient. Underground car wash which means the weather will not effect the car wash. They leave your car looking cleaner than you imagine. They have great valet wash options and polish options
