I would never recommend anyone to these guys its 3am as l txt now, l cant sleep apparently the whole tarven asked if they could use an empty apartment on top of me, the noise is unbearable. It's one of their properties in cnr nana sita and du toit pretoria cbd.

Absolutely useless been running around for almost 1 month with no results they useless its all about money this is the second time they have broken into the apartment this year and still dragging their feet with constant lies they never get back to you so its just a ball game you play with these people going around in circles. never seen such a useless bunch of employees and management rating is 000000000000000000 PATHETIC stay far away from Primo you will be ever so sorry

i would not recommend anyone to use primo. these guys are grossly incompetent. they inflate electricity bills and if u request for the municipality bills you wont get them. my neighbor's electricity tripped and they took 4 days to fix n by then all meat in the fridge was rotten. they don't respond to queries unless u threaten them with non payment of rent.

Having seen the negative reviews I feel compelled to share that my experience has been thoroughly positive. Although there are instances where emails go unanswered, a simple message on Whatsapp will have my query sorted out in no time. Elzebet has been looking after my unit since 2018 and it's been an absolute pleasure working with her and the team :).

Primo Properties been managing Cedar Hills Complex for 10yrs. On Wednesday 09 June 2021,City or Johannesburg disconnect electricity. According to the statements, the Complex owes CoJ R135,000 in arrears. We residents of Cedar Hills are taken from pillar to post by PRIMO PROPERTIES. Yet we remain without electricity. It is 7 days and nights without electricity. PRIMO PROPERTIES refuses to solve this issue yet we remain without electricity.

Absolute waste of time. Save yourself your sanity and stay as far away as possible. Fail at every turn to do what is required of them. When you are blessed with a response you can bet its feeble and laced with excuses. Without question the worst service you will have the misfortune of receiving. Rather use a reputable organization, 1 star is even too much
