The problem is not always the company, the problem is the people that works for a company. I had an encounter now at 6H35 with a white lady, tall, dark hair,big eyes. It didn't get her name. The moment I walked in and told her what I want, she was not friendly at all. She's bringing down the name of the company because of her attitude. Teach stuff how to deal with clients especially if you work with patients on daily basis.

Unbelievably bad service. My husband had a terrible accident the 19th of October involving drain cleaner in his eye. We rushed to wilmed and saw a specialist the same day. We got his prescription for eye drops and gels and went to collect at this pharmacy. They did not have 2 of the specified drops and told us that we could pick it up the next morning as they have to mix it.The next day we phoned around 14:00 as we haven't heard anything from them although they promised to give us a call as soon as it is done , when we phoned they had no idea what we were talking about. We asked for it again and went to collect around 16:30 , STILL not done and the staff members on duty were laughing and asking around as no one seemed to know what was going on. 17:00 we eventually got one of the 2 drops with yet another promise to call us the next day to come and collect the other drops. 24 October 11:10 STILL NO CALL. Tried calling them without success.Truly such a disappointing experience with incompetent and unprofessional staff.
