The staff in this MTN is absolutely useless and unfriendly. They think they are doing you a favour when it's their job. They get paid to do it. Changing my service provider to the competition. Always get this kind of service from this MTN.

The worst mtn store to go to. Staff are rude and seem and make stories with people (speaking in Zulu, couldn't understand). Waited 20 mins until I was helped. Because I was Indian maybe they thought I'm a foreigner. I ended up going to the Glen. Best service at the Glen. Mtn is gone down in service. Gonna switch all my 4 contracts to Vodacom once I'm done with them.

Went there on Saturday, 14/05/2022, they told me they were offline for sim swap contract phones and I can only do it at the store, guess what? I called MTN on 135 and I was able to do the sim swap for my new phone, on the phone.I called 135 after going to MTN East Rand Mall, having been told that I cannot do a sim swap for a contract phone as I had already RICA'd the new sim card.Worst service!

If I could give this store and its service a 0 star I would. I have been trying to open up a contract and the staff can't help with anything. They are not properly trained and have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT come to this mtn as they do not try to assist or help you it is as if they think they are doing you the favor. No phone calls are answered no one is interested and it is RIDICULOUS.

This store can't assist in any way, I have a pending upgrade with them and have spent hours in the store with no progress. Then you try follow up so you can cancel the upgrade and no one answers the phone. I phone company should at least be able to answer their phone.
