Videogame stores all round are failing to compare to online prices nothing new cluttered small space that needs a deface of the normal way to reach out to gamers and revamp their approach to gamers we want stores like this to succeed as sometimes the physical copy, limited edition is what we want but what every customer wants is an experience they remember keeping them coming back for more, it's okay to have 1-4 copies of a games but to have more is just a waste of display space and shows you have limited variety of titles or limited to one brand only, come on change the mold and show us a gaming experience doesn't leave us in a blizzard cold feeling of lose excuse the pun

One of the best local stores where you can go in and browse the merchandise in person. Prices are fairly good and they have a wide range of games across all major platforms (including second hand games and hardware/peripherals). Consoles are also available (often with very good deals at good prices) and staff are friendly and helpful.They've recently expanded into including Merchandise such as t-shirts, belts, hats and socks related to gaming franchises/culture ,however, prices are quite high although designs are nice and quality is high on what I've bought.The biggest drawback is that the store is fairly small and occasionally it's hard to get into/move around if it's busy (normally around holidays with younger children around). Also often you can find the exact same games for cheaper (not even on sale) and sometimes sales are rather bad so I'd suggest looking on places like Takealot, Steam, the PSN Store or Xbox Live first to get an idea of whether a price is good.

Very friendly staff...a variety of funk pops

Rude obnoxious staff act like they doing you a favor, when in fact you dropping 50k with their company. Asked the dude to let me see a keyboard he asked am i going to buy it. And yes I did buy it. Slip says the guys name is Afika. Was on the 1st of May 2022. There were two guys on duty that day.

Pre ordered a game. Details were taken but i was never added to their system. Attended the store on supposed day of the release to be greated by new staff in typical BT Games tradition. Nobody had idea what was going on. Having made sure i was added to their system, no emails or messages were sent out regarding the pickup of my game. After calling the store in frustraion on the release day of the game, they claimed the game could be picked up at 9am. Ariving only to be told that the delivery of the game is delayed. Having called again, i was told the game was in store at picked up at 12:30pm. The messages and emails were sent at 5 minutes prior.The staff are unprofessional. They are not there long enough to develop a sense of business etiquette. Their personal conversations take preference over the customers needs.I have supported BT Games for many years. But the current state of things prove that the customer works 10 times harder than the store for their product.I will be supporting a new store in future.

My daughter was looking for The Sims 4 PC Games and I called the store and the gentleman named Ayanda was such a pleasant, helpful person.He told me that they had 3 of the games in stock and he was willing to keep 1 aside for me until I was able to get to the store to purchase it.Then he assisted me in uploading the game onto my daughter's laptop (after working hours) and he was generally so helpful without complaining once.The store is very neat and kids friendly and they know all things relating to gaming.I was so grateful I purchased the video game from them and they didn't refuse to assist even after the purchase was done and the store was closed for business.Thank you Ayanda for all your help and advice. We need more people like him!

The indian guy was extremely rude i went to the store yesterday at 5.55 and he said cant you see the store doors are closed he is very unprofessional and uncooth all stores close at 6 why did they have their door closed at 5.55 ? Unprofessionalism at its best il never support a store like this again.

Good store with friendly customer service, little small but still have wide variety

I spoke to Cameron on the 29th of September 2021 regarding a FIFA22 midnight launch, he said they aren't having one, however they will open at 7am on the 1st of October 2021, its 7.30 and they still closed, very disappointing customer service and false advertising I'll be purchasing my games elsewhere in future
