Very bad. Rude on the phone and it seemed so much effort for him even to send a quote. No response to emails, no quotes received despite promises. We had to call everyday, he promised “within the hour” but we are still waiting. Then they come out but with the incorrect material (cover not right size despite having emailed the measurements, templates not done) so we wait another week. Another week goes by and say we’ll be there three thirty on Friday but surprise surprise no one pitches up. If there was a zero rating I would give it.

These guys are the best in the business. Excellent customer service. The service they did on my pool table was excellent. They arrived way ahead of schedule and were very reasonably priced. Fantastic Job !
