Great gym. Good size, so it doesn't feel crammed. Has all the equipment you need. Staff are friendly and attentive, and remember you each time you visit.

The manager was very rude to me today the 22nd of December 2022 at 8pm. The way she spoke to me and her facial expression was very dirty. I’m cancelling my Planet Fitness Membership because of this rude and unprofessional manager. I will not pay for such bad service so I am taking my money somewhere else. When you go to this gym expect bad attitude from the staff. Pathetic

Everything you need in one place. The gym is clean and not too busy. Enough equipment for anyone.. Just starting out or a seasonal gym goer. Even an outdoor workout area. Would definitely recommend the gym if it keeps up the current state and service. Much better than the other planet fitness clubs.

PROS: Nice and clean, Very good equipment, Nice & friendly staff, Free undercover parking, inexpensive.CONS: No swimming pool, steam room often doesn't work, apparatus too close to each other.

Be very careful of their fine print, I signed up, and sales consultant says you can cancel anytime after 6 months, after sending email that you relocate, they just ignores it, and asking thousands in cancelation fees, be very careful, they will basically hold you to to the term of the contract, and even if you send emails it's just ignored, and they bill you in anyway,....not worth it

Signed up 5 months ago. They haven't been able to bill me correctly after i have explained what the problem is. I have left the gym after 5 conversations and requests to correct my bill. I'm waiting to be reimbursed the funds owing to me. Sazi, the Manager did not attempt to understand my problem or get back to me.

Reception staff is not so helpful or friendly once you become a member. Space is nice however very busy and stuffy during rush hours

Planet Fitness Signature in Sandton it's awesome. I love the equipment and the friendly warm welcome of their staff at the reception. Very clean from Toilets, Bathrooms and the gym itself.

This gym has provided me with the absolute best service for the past year, the staff are always friendly and greet upon arrival and departure. the facilities are always clean and well maintained.
