We paid over R2500 for a consultation with a lawyer. The firm lied and told us the lawyer, Mr Réjean Maralack, would be seeing us and then when we got into the consultation room we were met by a scribe of some sorts who was there to take our “story” with no consultation whatsoever.After this “consultation” I received no feedback or response from Réjean and when I called the firm, I was received by a very rude person who was condescending and very unprofessional.Very unprofessional and unethical, a scam. Will report to the legal board.

I would like to thank you for your support and help. I could not have gone through it by myself.

Aside from the fact that William Booth is no better than the crooks he represents, he is incompetent as an attorney.Take a look past his media interviews to the conviction rates and sentences of his clients and you'll see that his performance in the courtroom is worse than many attorneys who charge a small fraction of what he does.

I FIRED WILLIAM BOOTH AND MR MIA FOR LEGAL MALPRACTICE.IF YOU HIRE THIS FIRM THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS LEAVE YOU IN JAIL FOR 4 HOURS AFTER BAIL HAS BEEN GRANTED.LIE TO YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING IN CONSULTATIONS AND THEN DO THE OPPOSITE IN COURTTHATS IF THEY APPEAR,ON ONE OF MY TRIALS NOBODY FROM WILLIAM BOOTHS FIRM ARRIVED THERE WE STOOD WITHOUT A LAWYERMR MIA PITCHED 40 MINUTES AFTER WE WERE CALLED I HAVE NEVER HAD AN APPOLOGY FROM ANYONE IN THERE OFFICE TO DATE.THEY ARE THIEVES. I GOT THE FINAL BILL THE NEXT DAY AFTER THEY NEVER PITCHED AND IT WAS R14 800.00 AFTER I FIRED THEM THEY SENT ME A NEW BILL R25.900.00FROM THE ONE BILL TO THE NEXT THEY WERE FIRED AND NOT WORKING FOR US.THEY JUST ADDED A R1000.00 AND MORE TO EVERTHING.THEY HELD BACK THE BAIL THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAD PAID TO GET US OUT FOR OUR DEBT(WILLIAM HAD BEEN GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO LET MY BROTHER SIGN FOR THE BAIL HE DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS)THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO WESTERN CAPE LEGAL ASSOCIATION.....

Booth is a scam. He was paid over $4000 usd to be the legal representative for a client’s case and this lawfirm did nothing. They even started charging extra fees for anyone calling to get an update on the progression of the case. This lawfirm cannot be trusted. He took the money, did nothing for the client and never refunded the money. I highly warn anyone from ever going to his firm for any legal matters. Find a law firm that is legit and can be trusted to complete a case for you because it is not this firm.
