My first, and definitely my last time visiting this restaurant. Placed a telephone order and was told my food will be ready for collection within a half an hour. Upon arrival, I waited almost an additional half an hour in a line of already displeased customers who were yet to receive their orders. The food was a total disappointment to say the least below is the Meduim" calamari I ordered as side. Not worth the money spent."

I'm from Durban and was actually going to Steers and saw this store in Kromboom and decided to try it.Good portion sizes. I ordered medium snoek n chips. Chips were excellent. Snoek was slightly stale. Very little batter on it. The piece of lemon was pretty useless. I think I got 2 drops out of it. Service and waiting time was reasonable.The worst part was there were no condiments in the bag. Forget tartare sauce or even salt there was not even a single serviette!!Pay attention to detail.

Went to have a birthday lunch with my bff. The venue is pleasant and I liked the islamic artwork on the walls. Our food and service was good. We both had the platter for one. The masala option was tasty. The milkshake and the ice cream on the waffle wasn't as creamy as I've had at other places. We weren't rushed and could sit, eat and chat at our leisure.

I'm actually quite annoyed that I spent R99 for fried calamari that only had 7 disproportionate pieces of calamari and a platter of chips.The calamari itself is not bad but definitely not great. I have had good experiences with nemos before but this is ridiculous.

We have dined at many seafood testy and this has to be one of the best! Clean restaurant,lovely decor and friendly staff. Service was efficient. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious! We had the Hake Thermidor and masala prawns. We will definitely be back.

Ordered from here the first time via MrD. Never again! I ordered a family pack with lemon grilled hake. Have little kids. They sent extra spicy masala hake with chillies instead! Even masala on the chips and extra mussels I ordered (bone dry too). Why add masala to everything? Why not follow an order?

Reasonably good fair for such a small place. Service was acceptable at around 15 minutes, though the place was empty at the time.There is some concern about their ability to handle crowds.Food is served hot and tasty, but it could a little less oily. Portions are family sizes, but a bit heavy on rice.Lots of Cola Cola branding on menu boards in place.

Decided to have Nemos for supper last night and was looking forward to a nice meal. We were all very disappointed. Rice was hard/undercooked. Chips was also hard and really not nice. Fried hake was okay, not great.

Frying Nemo. It's okay. I had the masala hake and chips, it's quite filling that's for sure. The masala tasted like barbeque rather than spicy or tangy as I would have expected. Regardless, I enjoyed my meal and the service was great. I would not recommend the masala hake, but the fish was fresh. I'll be back for something different for sure.
