It is by far the worst and most unprofessional attorney firm I have worked with. The firm has no idea how to engage with customers via any form of communication. The lack of service and feedback is deafening with the I don't care attitude. There are two attorneys who do not communicate with one another. And the only selective information were allowed to share with me who is a client. And I have also requested e-mail address and contact from the 2nd attorney but I was told it is not allowed... Information is always scattered. I am as a client that have constantly to follow up with them but most of the time my e-mails were not answered or passed the deadline.
