Poor service + poor management. They did a terrible job with face threading and the complaints we made fell on deaf ears. The people they employ here are incompetent.

I would not recommend Sorbet Blairgowrie. The worst experience I've had at any nail salon. An old lady with a blonde buzzcut assisted me initially. She was grumpy and rude, rolling her eyes at me when asking her not to file my nails to thin. She then refused to assist me and advised that I should then file my own nails. She made a fuss and spoke to her colleagues about me in a language which I do not understand. She created a hostile environment. I was not offered anything to drink, I was pushed left and right as the seats were overbooked. I am left with a horrible manicure. I had to go to a different salon on the same day to get my nails redone. I will never return and do not recommend Sorbet Blairgowrie.

This experience has been amazing. We will definitely be coming back this holiday and we will both be getting your manipedi treat ment the Easter holidays. Mercy was amazing and very friendly.
