Pathetic service - no answers given and constantly being transferred to different departments with no answers given regarding a family member that was booked in for an overdose!!!!

My dad fell ill and Dr Dawjee was excellent, however when sent for bloods at 7am the nurse was rude and arrogant. Heard her being called by the name Nelly. Not considerate towards my dad who is over the age of 80. Been there since the early hours, of the morning, just after 2am, this nurse came in for the day shift and was not at all attentive however the nightshift nurses were pleasant towards us.

Worst place to be at ,files take forever to be provided ,nurses are rude ,security guards are the worst especially the female guards and the entire staff is not for the people, that place is entirely horrible.

Friday labour ward staff, so unethical. Pregnant woman in labour left alone and not seen to. Nurses complaining and rushing to go home but not attending the patience . Hurting pregnant woman while checking dilation. If this is the type of service you provide to just come to work and leave when u suppose to then that job is not for you. A pregnant woman suppose to be treated with care. Most pathetic service .

Most horrible service ever. The staff (security guards included) act as if they are doing people a favor. Health care is a right not a privilege. Someone needs to do something about the attitude of the staff of the clinic. They do not deserve to be in the profession that they are if they cannot be compassionate.

Health care must be recognized as a right, not a privilege. I accompanied my 12 year old son to a local clinic in Phoenix and was advised there is no stock of vaccines and that they will call me when they receive stock. No call as yet.... I cannot believe the state of affairs of this country we are living in.

Nurses are wonderful at ANC department, I was not well and called the clinic for assistance and spoke to a Sister Zulu who helped me by giving me a cough remedy, such a humble and wonderful lady. God bless her.

Service is absolutely terrible. When you call for assistance,they put your phone on hold until your airtime get depleted.

The worst service for sick people. This clinic is pathetic to say the least. From security guards to the nurses... You greet them they just ignore you with arrogance... The hospital management needs to change here because clearly they missing what they took a sworn oath too...they changed the system for it to be more worse than ever before. To think we live in the area but would never recommend this health facility. What is the government doing about this place? Real change needs to happen.

Today the service is pathetic here, they are going up down passing us as if we are not here, and i thought they also have their own shutdown, talking about all the stuff, there's is few of us here but still no help. And a very big thank u to sister Cele from umzinyathi, she was there to help us while she was alone, and sister in charge i didn't get the chance to look at her name tag but she was trying very hard,
