Buco Timbercity don't sell plants so instead we always go to Builders Warehouse... I look at hardware and my wife buys the nursery. This Saturday, I was pressed for time so decided to visit Buco instead. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE. Good advices saved me quite a bit of money plus service was prompt and very efficient as was my collection of cut timber to size. I will definitely be visiting Buco again in the future.

What a joke of a place. A person is treated with total disrespect by management (Justin) when complaining about service received from other staff. Obviously the other staff get the lead from him (sic) If you want service then best try somewhere else. Funny thing is that of the couple of people I have already mentioned my incident with have complained of the same thing. Poor service from Buco walker drive.. They will NEVER see me again in their store and I will share my story with all and sundry.
