Staff very friendly, store is nice and clean. They do not have disposable deli gloves or hair nets. Been there x3 but they don't stock up. Manager just pulled up his shoulders when I asked when are they getting stock.

How is the appropriate response from your cashier to a customer asking them to be more carefull when packing their shelves, as stock fell off onto me, to mumble We'll do that" and carry on without the stilghtest hint of concern? I would also not have posted about this untill she told me to "Please do that" when I told her that I didn't think her tone and reaction was appropriate and think I should make other consumers aware of their lack of customer safety concern. At least the manager asked what fell on me

I visited your Constantia Kloof branch around midday. I was looking for a specific product, the floor staff were all busy helping other customers. I went to the front of the store, there was a woman listening to the balloons, I said Hi

Not as busy as most branches I've been to, which makes for a great shopping experience.The shop's clean, got helpful attendants, overall great.

They are not cheap at all. Find lots of items cheaper elsewhere.Owners response poor and doesnt address my complaint

A most disappointing visit. Most items I was interested in were not priced. The barcode differed to the shelf price. Within earshot of the manager I complained about unmarked items. Farewell to that branch.

Visited Wespak (Constanta Kloof) this morning Sunday the 8th January. I wanted to purchase a plastic drying rack. Found one on the shelf. Clear signage XL Drying rack R79.00 with an arrow pointing down to where they where packed. Took one and proceeded to pay. Cashier was friendly, rang it up and I was charged R110.00 I queried this, the cashier followed me to see the price The bar codes where different but product was the same Cashier took me to a more senior staff member and explained the issue I have. She did not acknowledge me as a customer and spoke to the cashie, asked her if she explained the note they have about the barcodes being different on the product and the shelf. It basically comes down to, does not matter what the shelf price is, it is what the barcode on the product is. In my opinion that is misleading your clients Why bother having prices on the shelf. If you want it take it to the till and pay whatever they see fit because the price on the shelf does not mean a thing. Landed up walking out the shop not buying anything and don't think I will go back in a hurry No customer service at all. How difficult is it to get your pricing to match. Come guys customer service goes a long way. There is a lot of competition out there.
