Very good service and very efficient staff...Jackies really go out of their way for their customers.

The ladies that come are kind and do a good job (well trained). The management has a problem with customer care and a wrong understanding of how to deal with load shedding. When there is load shedding they do come, but they don't have independent vacuum cleaner and obviously don't do the ironing as agreed in the contract, but they tell you you should have a generator. However, they still charge the full amount. Furthermore their way on communicating with a customer is hair-raising. You better watch out, because it's all your problem at full price - whether they can do their job or not! I cannot recommend them at all. And I am sure that the management will give an answer to this that will again say it's all my fault. Watch out!

I have been using them for more than 2 years by now, the cleaning women have always been friendly and helpful beyond what they are expected to do. They have also learnt to wait while I rescue my cat who, sadly, finds them terrifying. Not their fault at all, she just has a problem with visitors she does not know intimately and with the inevitable noises made when cleaning.

Started OK, then the team changed and they came late, left early and they didn't clean properly. Cleaning lampshades and shelves had to be requested and showers we often skipped. Tops op cupboard doors is the kitchen got sticky and was a mission to get cleaned. Canceling - watch out people. You will give a month's notice, you may not use your four 'free cancellations' and if you do not let them know of a problem within 12h - you don't have a problem. Emails are rude and service is one sided. Stay away is all I can say.

Their 3.6 star average says it all. I have used them for many years but less over the last couple of years because they weren't on par with their competition, and when I failed to pay their last invoice I never got in the first place, they are just delirious and unprofessional (they had been before). Help them and their employees get out of business for others to thrive.

I have been trying to get hold of them for about a week to book a spring clean. They are not professional at all, and were really unfriendly on the telephone, also really difficult to get hold of. Judging by the level of irritation and unfriendliness on the telephone, I would not recommend them.

Most disrespectful owner ive ever dealt with wil never use her service again

Jackies offers an excellent service, I have been a client for many years. The teams are very good at their work, I would recommend JAckies any time.

The cleaning teams are not thorough, windows and corners in house have spider webs, no vacuuming under couch, no cleaning under toilet seats.Complaint was made to owner/management after which the supervising cleaner on the job was replaced, however the same problems persisted and yet as the customer you are still expected to pay the full price.
