The place is very clean. Friendly staff.The pictures we see on the internet is what you really get when visiting the place ,it's private and comfortable.

Very noisy.Even though they have a no music or noice policy after 10pm" there was hard music pumping till after midnight. Nothing was done by personnel to stop this.However no complaints about the facilities-The room was clean and the parking safe."

Its a beautiful place, but when it comes to loadshedding its a total nightmare. They only use borehole water nd if power goes off so does water

Nice place to chill, we went there to celebrate my hubby's birthday, the only missing thing is breakfast, they must add breakfast

I am not happy with the service I got at your place it's completely different from what i saw on the website and the reviews completely contradict my experience hence I am wrote you a private email which you didn't respond I did not want to expose you guys on your website and Facebook, we booked a 1 night stay on the 22 December, well the place looks very nice what disappointed us was the service we got. Upon arrival there was not even a warm welcome the guys there were not welcoming at all I even had to ask him to take off his earphones cause i felt it's very rude addressing guests with earphones on. We got to our room very nice and beautiful, we had to ask for tea station and towels which we waited for almost 20 minutes then we decided to go to the reception and fetch it ourselves, guess what? The spoons were dirty and looked old even the glasses had stains on them. Other things that bothered me most is that u guys says that we park at our own risk but your gates are always open, you also state that you have free wifi and it was not working. Our room had no toilet paper and not even a smaller nyana branded bathsoap but you have handwashes , well we slept anyway. The following day when we checked out your boys were still there looking very angry they not welcoming at all, gave one of them the key he just took it and left, not even a good morning or thank you let alone how was your stay. I really liked the place from the internet but the service sulks guys you really must train your staff to welcome guests they are going to cost you your business, wanted to recommend Sinesan guest house to my friends and family as its affordable but i won't ever and i am also not going to set my foot there again. I am very disappointed at you guys

3rd Visit this year. Same great service. Proper homely set up. Nice rest after the Boat cruise. Keep it up.

We got there and was quite happy with how everything appeared. But that didn't last very long. The lady at the front reception was nowhere to be found. Later, a gentleman with a sigaret in his mouth and earphones in his ears approached us and was willing to go find someone to assist us.We got to the room 20 mins later. This, we can honestly not complain about. However, this is where the compliments" would stop. Loud music
