Send my Iphone Xr in for repair WIFI connection problem.Come back with badly screeched body and screen non response issue, only find out after take to other repairer my screen was swapped for non genuine screen.what a THIEF.

Amazing service, the owner was accommodating for me to drop of my macbook on a Sunday and had it ready on Monday. Will highly recommend these guys to anyone in Durban.Even when i went to collect my laptop everything was explained in detailed to me.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I had spilt water all over my keyboard, and after initial diagnosis, they said my MacBook would need to be replaced. My laptop is fairly new and my heart shattered, but they sent it to their guy in JHB for closer inspection and by some miracle, he was able to fully repair my PC and they replaced the parts at cost price. Marshona was excellent in her comms via WhatsApp, and she was so helpful and transparent throughout the whole process. All of my data was still in tact and my PC looks and feels exactly how it was before I damaged it. I'll be forever grateful to this outstanding team!

My first experience with this company was amazing my Mac keys were falling off and they simply clipped the keys back in and even replaced one of my keys for me at no charge. This was after I was quoted 600 just to send my keyboard in by istore. My Mac then would not switch on a few weeks later and took it back they diagnosed the issue within minutes of water damage to the motherboard due to the floods in KZN, they were kind enough to borrow me a motherboard to be able to work while we sort out insurance claim. This is the type of service that you don’t find. Most repair stores rip you off or mess up your pc even more. I am extremely grateful to This company for their friendly and prompt service and willingness to help. Definitely recommend for all apple repairs

What a bad service this store provides. The family is snooty and arrogant and unhelpful. WhatsApp and email inquiries are not answered and so a journey of 150 km was completely waste. For a report they charge R500 in 2 min work. All major repairs are sent to JNB at a large additional cost with insurance of course at the customer's expense. They also assume no liability for repairs. The wifi was then destroyed during a hard drive repair - sorry it's not our fault. I cannot recommend this shop - very bad Services. The iStores in Umhlanga do a much better job.

They had my MacBook Pro diagnosed and repaired within 2hrs, with good customer service. I genuinely enjoyed dealing with them. Would recommend them any day (diagnosis was free, unlike the other guys who wanted to charge R300, and told me I'd have to wait 3-4 business days BEFORE they even began fixing it).
