Bekker & Houterman
I commissioned Pieter Houterman to subdivide a plot. He insisted on a deposit which I paid on 3rd October 2019. To date he has failed to submit the subdivision application to the local municipality, 3rd Feb it will be four months. A previous subdivision he did for me took three months with the Surveyor General, this process should take 3 weeks but with problems a maximum of four weeks. Avoid this firm at all costs.
