Very bad service.its a mission just to return a pair of boots.sales staff think they own the place.i wonder where the owner is.they have a 10% return handling fee. it's as if they think they the only ones selling safety gear.been buying there for years.they have lost a long term customer.so in short if you looking for stress this is the right place to buy.

if you want you blood to boil over go to this company never have any stock and sale persons at counter thinks they are doing you a favor for helping you no management structure. i cant wait not to go there anymore realy pathetic you dont need that in you life, and wene you want something of the shelf there is never like never stock. cant believe how you run a business like this
