It’s been 5 days. And still haven’t received my package. I was notified yesterday evening that it was misrouted…Tried calling - Unresponsive.Worst service ever.

Absolute rubbish company. Keep lying that my address is wrong when the problem is they don't want to call when they arrive. Cheapskates. They don't even deserve one star.. over 2 weeks now I'm waiting and their numbers don't work

1 star is too much. Useless entity. Online shoppers stay away from Dawn Wing. When it comes to service delivery you are pathetic.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! i have been waiting for my parcel for 3 days now. when you try the number for the DURBAN depo it does not even ring. when you call their main call centre the agent keeps telling you they will escalate the query and someone will call me but no one ever does. my parcel is very expensive

Pathetic service from them. I hade placed 3 orders from a sports clothing supplier, who unfortunately uses them to courier their products. On all 3 occasions I received emails and sms messages confirming delivery, and on all 3 occasions DawnWing did not deliver as promised citing “unable to deliver” On the 3rd failed delivery, I managed to call the driver directly who used the terrible excuse that companies close early on Fridays, and that is why he did not deliver.

Incorrect contact details on their Google pages. Using my private mobile number after repeated reports of contravening the POPI act.

I have been awaiting a delivery from Durban to port Shepstone for 2 weeks and this courier company keeps phoning me to tell me they don't know where the address is. This is really ridiculous because I received items from Johannesburg within 3 days and other courier companies have never had a problem finding my residential address. Either this is deliberate or they can't or don't know how to use Google maps.I am just shocked that even when I checked online to see if perhaps there was an error with the address I typed in... No error. I even went as far as phoning the company I ordered from to find out if they had put the wrong address on the way bill but Onezwa from hp indicated that the address I gave is correct so what's the matter with this delivery company, I don't understand. Even after giving the address to the delivery guy they still haven't delivered yet. Going on a week after they phoned me to say they can't find my house.Elizabeth GovenderPort Shepstone
