Took my laptop in for repairs, waited 3 weeks, received no feedback. Called today to find out once again what is going on and when they are going to fix the device, after 3 weeks they still cannot give me an answer. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My Iphone has been with them for more than a month without them repairing the phone. Couldn’t procure a battery even though batteries were readily available at other suppliers. When I wanted to collect the phone because of aforementioned the phone was missing. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

I took my iPhone XS in for a screen repair, they claimed they would put an original iPhone screen in for R5999, after a few days I noticed that it was a generic screen that was fitted and they still claim they now do not have stock of the original screens after 5 months. They refuse to refund the difference. I took my phone to iTech Repairs and overnight they had replaced the old generic screen with an original screen. Useless service! GO TO ITECH REPAIRS!!

Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE.Bad COMMUNICATION. (2 weeks it's 5 WEEKS with no COMMUNICATION)Bad QUALITY (your device will have the same problem they say they've fixed it, so what's the point of taking your device there!?)EXPENSIVE for nothing (reap off).Ridiculous WARRANTY TERMS especially for Samsung and Huawei cellphones. (after the warranty term expires your device will have the same problem or another problem).Bunch of Scammers located inside i'lang mall.PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO THAT SHOP!!!!!! PLEASE.

1st trip- Took Iphone 5 in for screen replacement, after 1 week after the repair the phone literally fell apart, its now sitting with them for 3 weeks 'waiting parts' STILL WAITING (oh and they tried to suggest we had dropped it!!!!)…..2nd trip (during the 1st trip) Took an Iphone X in as the microphone wasn't working, after a week they asked if we had insurance??? we said no. So they said it probably is a PC problem, so we said 'forget it' and collected the phone. Once home, we now use earphones to use the phone, no issues. We did find that one of the screws were missing on the phone!!

Stay away from this repair shop. Needed to replace iPhone screen, they said spare parts would arrive and be fixed within a week, so I left my phone with them. Came back at agreed date was not fixed. Not even a call to inform me.Took more than a month for spare screen to arrive and be fixed.After 2 weeks of using my repaired phone, the screen broke WHILE BEING IN MY POCKET with no significant shock.Absolute rubbish parts, indifferent and surly service.Also disgraceful that the ilanga Mall iStore recommend this place when they cannot assist.

Cracked my screen paid for a replacement after 4 weeks got it back worked fine for 5 months cracked it again but now the price is suddenly R1000 more expensive

I took my phone on the 30th of September for battery repair, i was told that it was going to be ready in a week, i week came and passed but never got a call from them, their commutation skills are very poor, I went to the shop so many times after the due date given to me inquiring about my battery unfortunately I never got help or any answers until after 44 days when my phone's battery arrived. I complained asking to be refunded, that's when they took action and fixed my phone.I then discovered another problem which was a broken screen caused by them MR REPAIR MAN" and I'm now told to pay for it to be fixed??."

Don’t even think about using them. I took my I phone to replace the battery. I received it back with the fingerprint / touch button not working and they were not interested in fixing their faults and the battery they replaced is absolutely useless , it does not even last half a day. When I took it back they found every excuse for their shoddy work and refused point blank to resolve the issues. Plus I had to fight to get an invoice from them, they insisted they had given me one already When I asked to see the copy invoice then suddenly they wrote me one.
