Vehicle Whisperer did a service on my car and I have not yet experienced any problems. The service is very friendly and professional. The turn around time was quick and the pricing was affordable. BONUS: This is a comfortable/safe place if you are a female looking to have repairs done to your vehicle.

My car was fixed in day (quick for my expectation). Workshop RMI registered. However I was not happy about done negligence on the repairs (water pipe loosened, genuine VW antifreeze replace with non genuine)

I took my vehicle to be inspected for an oil leak which looks like somewhere at the main pully. They worked on it and charged me R2000. After a few days I found that the leak is still there. I went back and tell them to please check on it again, because it is still leaking like before. Again they took my vehicle, this time for three days, and call to say that it is fixed now. So I went to fetch the vehicle. I were then told that I have to pay for the 4 hours they spent fixing their poor workmanship. I refused. When I got back home and start cleaning my bakkie, I found the vehicle's sump cover plate on the back of the bakkie. They haven't even put it back. Another few days later I found that my vehicle were STILL leaking oil on the same spots on the garage floor. The engine compartment and outside were a greasy mess. They also did not even clean up. This was the most unproffesional service I have ever came across in my 56 yrs. The oil leak remains to this day.

They have been looking after my cars for more than a year now and I am very impressed with their level of service and knowledge.
