Very disappointed - their website clearly states they do bike fit. I emailed to make a booking but got no response. After 5 days I called to make a booking for a bike fit, only to be told very bluntly that they don't do bike fit at the moment" by a seemingly irate man on the other end. No explanation

Had the best experience and service from this cycling shop. The service is some of the best. They can work on communicating when a job is done and update the client with extra costs. Overall the look is of a top notch and the workshop is cleaner than my bedroom. Their work is of a very high standard.

Truly blown away by the service of this Trek dealership. I didn't even purchase my bike from them and Kyle has gone out his way to assist with a software update and minor warranty issue. I'm a big fan and will be back for sure for future purchases. Big thanks to the team at Best Bikes.
