Last year I was in the process of buying property in Lehae from Blose Properties, My agent Tumi Marema was nice and helpful at first, Until the owner of the house decided that they are no longer selling the house soon after I payed attorneys fees, while I was in the process of getting back 2 amounts that I payed to attorneys she was suddenly dodging to help me recover my money back, in the entire process of recovering my money this property company neglected me and I did everything all by myself. The bond attorneys fully repaid me and the registration attorneys paid back half of the money back, I lost about R 10 000. Blose Properties don't have any protection plan for a buyer not to loose money incase a seller withdraws. I even tried to call Blose Properties offices a couple of time to ask for assistance to get my outstanding money back which I work very hard, all I was told were promises of looking into the matter and getting back at me but that never happened. This company operates like a scam. I wouldn't advice anyone to buy property from them.
