Top class. Just have to have a bit of patience. I have received excellent service from the Clinic staff and the Manager plus the pharmacy. I am thankful.

Very friendly and professional staff working there, like Doctor Mandla as well as Mandy working at the helpdesk even the security. Thanks.

I spent almost 2 hours in the chair while they were with my book and now they told me that they can't help me I have to come with a transfer letter.

Good patient handling and care

Was very disappointed when I got there at 6 am and they started serving people at 8....that's normal time I know when it was my turn apparently I have to book appointment. .like seriously I was there last month for my child's vaccination and the sister just said come back in a month's time no date written now they can't vaccinate my child because there is no appointment date. ...Please if there are any changes write on a notice board or somewhere clear where everyone can see.

Pathetic service to say the least. The sisters/nurses do not know how to speak to people in a civil manner. There's no order. No system.

My sister went for a Covid test on Friday 05 Nov 2021. She did not receive her results within a few days. She went three time and used her work travel money to go there. They showed her away to come the next day and then the next day and it went on. My sister is very reserved and takes everything on face value. I went with my sister today to get the results as I feel like this is not right. We ask for a letter just to give to our employers to indicate why the delay is so long. The attending sister/nurse had a very agitated attitude and said it is not her fault and there is nothing she can do (not even give the letter at least). She was very nonchalant and tried to shift blame by telling us we should have cam back within two days of not receiving a SMS. Note my sister was there on Monday and Wednesday and again today. She did not understand that we are also employees and need to go to work. Only after I insisted something needed to be done we got the results and as per the slip the results was available on the same day 5 Nov 2021. Now keep in mind my sister just agreed and walked away. I did not do that. Society seems to only yield results when we act uncivilized and insist for what is due to us. I am very unhappy and would not recommend this clinic even for someone deeply desperate. They are very defensive, unprofessional and we had to endure a sister lying in front of everyone. The sister wanted to send us home by verbally telling us we are negative. We asked for a letter and she blatantly refused and ripped the paper in front of us. If we were not insistent on the results today, my sister would have been sent home for the 4th time today using taxi money we do not have.
