We had an electric fence installed by Voltage electric fencing Cape Town. We had an initial hicup about who was responsible for cutting the trees. I thought the service was part of the installation. But I have to admit that I never read the quote thoroughly and if I had this snag would not of happened. I also was not part of the site meeting and this apparently was discussed with my wife.The Voltage team leader handled the situation in a very professional way.We are incredibly happy with the installation and feel so much safer.I would of issued 5 stars if we were sent a reminder regarding us needing to cut trees prior.But overall I'm very impressed.
