Sent my laptop in to get assesed in December 2020. No response. Phoned on the 14th of Jan 2021, Jurie said they will phone me tomorrow (15th Jan). Phoned today 26 Jan. Jurie said they will phone tomorrow which I doubt. Get your act together please
