This place is a ticking time bomb. After two floods and extensive damage that has also resulted in some residents having their homes being washed away, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the developers likely built on terrain not conducive to the long term stability of the building. Throw in soil erosion and climate change and you're asking for trouble.
