Not bad, but staff are not helpful. The shop is not very organized. Their blazers are not high quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. There are many other clothing shops that are much better than this one.

It literally took the cashiers 10 minutes to a get one customer through. Because they are chatting more than anything else. Only 2 tills open ons a Saturday. I saw more than a few people put their stuff back and left. Poor customer service...

This goes as a reminder to educate ALL your staff in each province about the TFG vouchers, I’ve been receiving these for years and I have never had any huddles to redeem until 2 days back when I was a Jet in Loch Logan Bloemfontein. The staff has attitude and refused to redeem my second voucher (requesting the store card). Not once in the past years was I requested that information as a matter of fact I have been able to share some of these vouchers with family and friends prior. Educate your staff on these systems it’s annoying really and literally fix the attitudes. It’s not professional.
