I went there to get some parts for my bike, but when I asked some other minor questions, the person working there did not really try to provide the answers I was looking for, and I got the impression that they didn't care. The experience was enough to leave a bad taste on my Saturday. I am sorry, but maybe they only cater to hardcore cyclists.

Excellent service! Jannie and his team not only had 27.5 inch tubeless tyres in stock (I searched in vain at other stores), but they fit it on my bike within minutes. I really appreciate that they found the time to help me despite being super busy with the holiday crowd.

Just want to say thanks for village cycles. Ther is about 3 cycle shops in hermanus but this one stands out of them all. They are always happy to help regardless on how you dres or look. Not like the other shop clos to post net. And if they dont have it. They will get it for you. Grate service guy's thanks

Cyclist Paradise!! Woaaaw. This is where you want to be when looking for a new bicycle or are in need of some extra gear. The best part is that the Village Cycles have a coffee shop so go ahead and order while strolling through this two story shop with an amazing view

They have moved a couple of shops along into a larger space. Go Cycle has joined then so you can rent a good quality, properly maintained bike for a reasonable amount.This is the best spot to buy your trail permit. If you start before they open there is an honesty box to the side and if you miss that there are numerous Snapscan QR codes on the signage and if you miss all of those them all the free range marshals have a QR code on their marshal boards.Coffee and a small selection of treats are fabulous and just what is needed post ride.
