I love doing yoga with Virginia at her studio in Salt Rock. From ocean views and sounds, to her ability to read her followers and adapt accordingly, to meeting one at one's own level of competence. Her gentle voice guides and instructs one through a variety of yoga poses and styles to achieve a relaxed, sensory-aware and mindful state of being.

Doing Yoga with Viriginia in Salt rock is just the way to end my day off, the candles and calm music and the amazing yin yoga, sets the mind and body for the week. Virginia has such a special way about her that makes one just love doing Yoga with her at her beautiful studio. Last week i did the Chakras journey with crystals and oils with Yin yoga and it was amazing and rejuvenated me and made me feel alive.. would definitely recommend her...

What a amazing yoga studio with full of Positivity and strong Vibes which helps to increase the inner peace. Beautiful view from studio. Yogini Virginia is amazing Yoga teacher who got trainned in Rishikesh (The Birth Place of Yoga) and she is very soft an gentle heart person. I personally highly recommend Belle Mer Yoga Studio please join Yoga with Virginia and find your inner peace. Namaste !!
