I always have an issue to get chips that is Crispy. Everytime I visit them I give R10 add hope, so they are quick to take that but the customer service is not great. Here and there you will get one that gives great service. I came up to the window where I am given my food, I asked the lady if my chips are crispy, she said, Ha why now?, she gave me my bag and said check it"."

Service is pathetic not even the mamager knows how their own menu works was overcharged and when i asked about it i was told its how the menu works an account that was supposed to be R126.80 came to 146.80 extra R20 for what? And on top of that i had to pay my drive thru order inside.

KFC Virginia's service is terrible really I've seen and had bad service from take out stores but this one beats them all.....I went to KFC Virginia at 12:58 I made my stop in the drive thru this is now during my lunch hour.....made payment at 13:05 in the parking area where one of the KFC staff member came to me with the machine for me to pay,,they told me I'm going to wait for 10 minutes for my order and I said okay.....I waited and waited and at 13:35 I decided to go check on my order as my lunch was also about to finish...when I went in I asked the cashier for a refund as I've been waiting way longer than what they said I would, she asked if she could check my order I said okay...finally she came with my food, I then asked for a refund because I was not having it anymore, she referred me to the manager and the manager offered me free ice-cream to apologize for what had happened....I am not happy I spen my whole lunch hour at KFC

I used drive thru on 14/10/22. My order was completed at 14h22. They told me to wait in packaging lot for 2 min they will bring it to me, after 10 min i went back in to ask about my order, at time it was not done, they told me they are still busy. After another 10 min i went back again and then only my order was completed and just standing there, they didn't even bother to bring it to me as promised. Im very disappointed in there drive thru service
