Food was stale, rock hard could use it as a weapon,very disapointing. The croissant was a cake and the cream doughnut was used in the artillery

They are running a special on rotten swiss rolls @R20 each. I just took one back and the muslim lady co-ordinating my refund didn't even care when I showed her that she just sold me a rotten swiss roll.his isn't the first time I have had this experience at this branch in 2015 when my Brothers and I came to buy some black forest slices.....we found flies on their cake storage display. This is disappointing.

I bought caramel swiss roll and leamington on the 20th of April and they were the last on the shelves. The caramel swiss roll was a total disappointment, they was no cream and no caramel on the cake it was totally dry absolutely not what I used to get, that one was a total disappointment.

Horrible i would be giving them a 0 if they had an option for 0, but now I'll give them 1 star... Horrible experience. They sold me a hardrock cream doughnut and the cream was off it tasted sour. It was horrible, what's worse is that I bought the doughnut in the morning around 10am, but it wasn't fresh. wanted to call them but they phone number doesn't go trough, can you please share if you have, the number that actually works.

I bought vanilla and strawberry cake for R190 and the cake was not nice at all it was old the cream taste off. This is the second time experiencing this. From 2day I will never buy from Bread Ahead.

Found egg shells in my cakes on 2 occasions. Although the cakes are scrumptious but the egg shells were really off putting

Very disappointed with the cake I bought at Montclair. It was dry, old Nd taste horrible. Never buying there Eva again.

I brought their supposed Bar One cake and I'm so disappointed, what a let down. The sponge is so dry that I need a drink to down it. The thing is it looks so appetizing on display that you want to buy it but little did I know. I would not recommend anyone to buy it
