People here seems like they really dont enjoy there job and it shows in the way they treat customers and their demeanor. Feels like they blame you for having to work. Will rather have my things delivered.

The pickup point is nicely located but not as visible. The board at the front gate should be made bigger. If possible.The attendants are usually so friendly & helpful.

I've never had any issues picking up my parcels. Later hours and weekends (including Sundays) operational times are very convenient for those of us who don't get a chance during normal working hours.
