Loved out stay! The staff and hostess were extremely friendly and the setting on the orange river is breathtaking. The food was also top notch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after a long day on the road. Enjoy sundowners on the deck overlooking the river and early a morning hiking trail before hitting the road again

The setting and service is 5 star. The food is good and very well priced. The rooms are rustic and very basic, but it's well equipped and VERY clean. Hidden gem!!!!

Stayed in a nice self catering unit and the staff were very friendly. Great views of the Orange River. The meals were ok, but would rather bring my own and cook in the cottage next time because the kitchen was quite well equipped. Would stay here again.

Situated on the banks of the Orange River. Waschbank has the most Beautiful views. There is camping facilities and B&B accommodation. They also offer game drives and canoes can be hired for the adventure seekers. Service was excellent and food was good. We highly recommend Waschbank

Their new camping ground is on the banks of the Orange River. The whole camping ground has grass. The infinity pool against the backdrop of the river is a sight to behold. Large ultramodern, CLEAN ablutions (with enough showers) complete the picture of this wonderful place.

Higly recommended for a more than just a mid way stop, the staff is very friendly and helpfull.Add a breath taking view of the river with a modernized rustic look in the rooms and dining area. With braai facilities and rooms for diffrent sizes of groups.Signs on the way in show a hiking trail and other activities to do while you stay there

A really chill lodge with an amazing view of the river.I'd recommend this place as a stopover between Cape Town and Pretoria. It is a bit out of the way, but its worth it.
