It was my first time there and it wasn't bad service was good the waiter was friendly.The food was delicious.The Cortado was decent.The chicken strips was good but it lacked salt.The chips was in my opinion very good.The only thing I didn't like was when we walked in there was no one to show us ouer seats. And the waiters didn't do anything they were nowhere to be seen.It's just small things but overall it was a nice experience.

Wanted to order soup. Waiter had no idea of the soup of the day or the ingredients. They need training on all the options on the menu. I ended up eating nothing.

I really liked the coffee, good flavour and good value.Service was good enough, a lot of people came in at once and food came out within reasonable time.Food is tasty and good, however on the Bacon and Potato Rösti it is slightly over priced for the amount of food. Would like to see a small portion of sweet potato fries as it would compliment the meal well.

What happened to the days where staff were trained BEFORE opening day and they were READY. A menu needs to be studies and taught before opening and serving customers. Barista’s need training before opening and the skillsets need to be present already! Plan better guys , Seriousely its not rocket science

Positives: new and modern, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced.Negatives: service is terrible, be prepared for a very very long wait for your order to arrive. To make it worse the food is average at the very best. Probably another example of a business that is run at arms length by its owners... don't expect them to last long

Waited almost an hour for a toasted sandwich. After 45 min the waitress actually told me it would be ready in another 5 min. 10min Later I called for the manager and cancelled my order and walked out totally disgusted. Dozens of staff at the front desk but no service. I am a 78year old lady and will never go back there and also not recommend anyone to go there. DISGUSTED HARTENBOS

22 April 23: Enjoyed the breakfast... good coffee... waiter needs a lot more training... Forgot about one person at our tables order and she only bought it out after we were done eating and we asked two waiters about the delay... and it was muesli??? Will probably try again in the future if reviews improve, since all new places have teething problems... Good luckUpdate: visit again on 4 May 23: Excellent Food, Waiter ( Kaylin), friendly, good. quick service... good experience thank you.

Coffee was fantastic but wish Americano cup size was a bit bigger. Paying around R33 for a tiiiiny cup. The cuppachino cup was waaay bigger. Why not the same cup sizes for coffee? Food was really good. Just waited for almost 45mins for breakfast. Bill was around R300 for 2 people and was still a bit hungry afterwards...so not the biggest portions. Still got olifant poot" pancakes at the shop across the road since the food wasn't filling enough. Good place if you want something different or "gourmet"....but a bit on the expensive side. Not a place to visit weekly or regularly for me unfortunately! Suppose good spot for travellers or people having a meeting for a coffee."

Food was good and atmosphere enjoyable. Suggestion that waiters be a little more active at tables in the back to prevent clients waiting too long for service. Overall enjoyable. Plug points and WiFi a welcome amenity. Well done!!
