I had to collect the sandal at the door display stand, give it to the sales lady to fetch a pair for me. All this time the sales person was standing idle waiting for me to bring her the desired merchandise.

Honest opinion, the clothes and gear are beyond great, but customer service is weak. Waited 3 weeks for swop of jacket after they said 3 days and everytime i called the receptionist she would have long stories and excuses, but never a apology - Thanks for the jacket tho
