There's a common theme of unfriendly staff and poor service here-clearly this is an issue that does not want to be acknowledged or addressed by the owner. But I suppose, with the owner's poor attitude and sarcastic response to reviews, I wouldn't expect anything less. I am all for supporting small businesses and Rash has been around for years but be careful- this ongoing attitude of you and your staff might just be the straw that breaks the camel's back. Will no longer being supporting a local business that treats its customers so poorly.

Not sure if I went to the same shop as the people commenting about it being such a positive experience. Unfriendliest three ladies I have encountered for a while and wearing masks are no excuse. It's your attitude and helpfulness that's an issue. When I wanted to pay, I thought I had lost my purse. Was told with disinterest there's a purse lying there. Will not support if I can help it.

I just fell in Love!! This place is heaven! I'm taking all my friends here. You get greeted when you enter the store and the lady who helped me was so friendly. Compared to other fabric stores this one is by far the best, it's spacious and hes enough ideas and inspirational projects to keep me busy for years. See you guys again soon XOXO

Have never had good service here. They have offered to let me know about certain products/services but have never heard back. Stock is always 'coming in'. I have learnt to call ahead and when I did so yesterday the lady on the phone was blatantly rude!

Worst customer service. Be careful when sending your machines in for a service. You won’t get the same parts back. They take no accountability or responsibility for anything. She is rude, her staff are sarcastic and there’s just a general sense of a no care attitude. She even told me, “it’s not my problem”. She is a master at gas lighting. Her customer service has as many holes in it as the crocheted sample pieces hanging all over the place. They don’t even deserve one star but I can’t post this comment without selecting at least one.
