Asked whether 1 person was enough to clean x sq metres including windows, and they confirmed. They didn't confirm the appointment but just dropped the lady off and left without checking if somebody was at home. I confirmed the work with the lady, but still the windows were not cleaned and the rest of the house was cleaned to a barely acceptable level. Then I had to drop the lady off too, which was not part of the agreement. Also, I had to use my own cleaning materials and tools.
