Door Stop Osborne Park

A very disappointing experience unfortunately.Door Stop left the job as attached in the picture. I cannot fathom how red flags were not raised when the door was erected beyond and above the existing door frame. When my concerns were raised, I was met with zero accountability or customer service from their staff.The builders who I had to employ to fix Door Stops work were shocked at the state Door Stop had left their work in.I would not recommend Door Stop for their door install services.

Love my new front doors! Very helpful and knowledgeable in showroom experience, expectation met in terms of delivery date and the guy who came and installed the door for us was a fantastic tradesman – friendly, courteous, patient skilful and also cleaned up after himself beautifully. We had a slight issue with lock alignment - came back straight away & rectified it for us. Very happy. :)

Their display room in Osborne Park is lovely. They provided great service and staff were accommodating and friendly. The installation was easy to organise and the tradesman was professional and highly skilled. He did an excellent job. We love our new front door. So happy we chose Door Stop. Thank you.

More than happy with the result of our new bifold door. They have become a feature in our house and the sales and installer teams were just fabulous. Definitely recommend.

Walked in to check their door in the showroom and didn’t realise they were closing soon tried to ask for a quotation and was greeted with, “ we are closing. What do you want? “Update to reply to the owner:No, no one mentioned to us that you are closing soon. No one expect you to work after hour just simply don’t be so rude when ppl ask a question bc not everyone will go and check your closing time especially when ur door is wide open

From our first visit to the showroom we felt confident we had come to the right place to replace all of our internal doors. We were given the input we were looking for to help make decisions on what would best meet our needs and best suit our home. The price was considerably less than we’d been quoted elsewhere. Everything was completed within 2 weeks of our visit to the showroom and the installer was amazing! We’re thrilled with our new doors and thoroughly recommend Door Stop.

The staff were very helpful in getting us the right door for our house, down to the handles. We weren't sure why the prices were so much higher than other (more diy) options but once we compared in person what seemed similar doors online, the quality was drastically better at Doorstop.The installer did a beautiful job fitting it, custom built and finished perfectly. Everyone who visits comments on how great it looks.

We received professional and friendly service. Our house is over 30 years old and the ladies in the Sales Team here really know what their talking about. The process from start to finish surpassed our expectations. The time frame for installation 4 weeks. They kept their word. The carpenter was fantastic, he kept us informed of his arrival time. Attention to detail was unbelievable and he even cleaned up after himself.
