Communication of time of arrival was spot on with Brody and his Apprentice Josh. They were quick to assess the job and quote for the work. Super friendly and honest with feedback about some concerns I had with some issues in the bathroom. As a female homeowner my experiences with Hilton Plumbing have been great, this is the second time I have used them. They don't patronise you for not knowing something or treat you like you can't understand and I for one greatly appreciate it. 10/10.

Installation was very professional, the plumber (Brody) was very good. I expected to pay $1,869 as per Hilton’s web site. I asked if that was all I would be charged when I booked the installation. There was an additional cost of $393 for two valves which wasn’t mentioned up front.

Hilton plumbing and gas replaced my Solar (with electric booster) HWS. Despite both in the house being shift workers they were able to complete the job within a few days of the initial enquiry.Professional job by the team and left the property very clean and tidy. I would use again and have no problem recommending Khalid or the rest of the guys who attended.

When I contacted Hilton regarding my needing a new hot water system, Hilton was very prompt and knowledgeable answering all my queries. Dan came out and installed my new system. Dan was very professional and quick with the installation. I would have to say Dan makes a fantastic representativefor Hilton. I would definitely recommend Hilton and Dan for any future plumbing or gas issues.

I received the best service from here. Yesterday my hot water heater was down and now just after a day，I get a brand new one installed. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Matty got the old system removal & new system installation work done in less than a couple of hours. He even covered the old water pipe for us. Justin delivered the new water system with care. And Ashlee thank you for taking our booking in urgency！Thanks guys！Will definitely recommend！

25/01/23 Derek, from Hilton plumbing came to replace my hot water system. Derek was very professional his work ethics was excellent.
