Excellent service and outstanding workmanship

This is a personal advice based on my experience with this group of drill rig manufacturers. They build a trailer rig for me beginning of this year but I have had so many bad times using the machine. Firstly, when they completed the rig and I took delivery of it, on my way home one of the tyres came out. Only God saved me from not having an accident on N1. Then secondly the front Jack got broken. The hydraulic tank they build for the rig was leaking underneath and so was the traverse cylinder as if a pipe borne water or a shower was open. Remember this was the first day of using the so called new drilling machine. Then that wasn’t All, more problems continued. They build a diesel tank for my compressor and they left the water they used in testing the tank inside. Unfortunately, the first time I filled the tank with diesel by the filling station, it was half water and the other half was diesel. The tank was so embarrassing that, it was quoted as 400litres and priced as such but it was less than 200 litres. This cannot be a credible business. Hmmm... the toll-bar for the rig did not last for even a month before I was forced to changed it. Same applied to their hydraulic pump . There was never a day pass that you work with the rig without a leakage of hydraulic oil. I changed also their fake hydraulic tank. They quoted me on a new kirloskar 3 cylinder donkey engine but surprisingly it was a recon one. It only lasted for six months. They planned to do overhauling for my compressor engine at a cost of R184 000 and more . I stopped them from doing so and collect the compressor from their workshop when I found out that they were planning to rob me of my money. Till date, after 7 months, I am still using the very same compressor. Please, my dear brothers and sisters who wants to do business with this company, kindly look elsewhere. Drillmasters as they call themselves or ARD is not a credible business...is fake and Karl knows it. I am not writing this to tarnish the name of the company, but that people may be aware of the kind of deals they might be getting into by engaging the services of ARD.
