Got lost because the pin leaves you in the middle of the road so I suggested an edit on Google; we’ll see if any changes occur. It’s 08:05, salon is meant to be open at 08:00. I’m here with one of the stylists waiting for the doors to open. Not a good first impression. Will update my review after the experience.Back with an update: The stylists really redeemed the first impression I got of the place but I’ll advise what left a sour taste in my mouth. I was prepared to adjust my rating to 4 stars but I’ll keep it at 3 for 2 reason: -1 for not opening on time; -1 because the owner came by, walked in with patrons sitting in the waiting area but didn’t bother to greet them. The positives about this place is that the stylists honestly know what they’re doing as far as natural hair is concerned. I came in with butchered hair and Mika, Kamo and Lebo jumped to my rescue. I could also appreciate the culture of not sitting around doing nothing. Each time a stylist was done with a patron, they’d either move over to help another stylist finish their client or spruce up. So really, the 3 stars are for the customer service and pleasant attitudes of the stylists. Keep it up ladies. I’ll be back

Had a wash and treatment here and the stylist was so rough my scalp hurt from the whole experience. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re serious about growing your afro, most of the stylists are inexperienced.

Lebogang is the best!!!....loved the professional ism and my wash was thorough and not quick... still have the hairstyle ..Just loved it ..I'm definitely going back.Think it's quiet affordable.

Braided my hair and had to undo in 3 days cause scalp was tearing and getting swollen. The rude owner refused to give a refund and said I will get credit, like what the hell for if I am trying to move on from the salon. Went a few weeks later and that owner was rude when I gave him a call and hung up on me. This guy is rude and now I understand why his team is miserable. The way I was treated by the owner, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

They are very gentle and manage natural hair properly, I'm satisfied

I had a 1st time bad experience here, my hair was too tight and the following day my scalp was sore n swollen so I had to unplate it. I wouldn't recommend this salon if you really want to grow ur natural hair, as it looks like some hairstylists r inexperienced...I was fooled by their insta pics but the experience was just the opposite of what I expected, I just threw my money down the drain by going to this salon
